Spreads of spirulina in 5 minutes

For an appetizer rich in protein and Omega 3 and 6, this recipe is perfect (preparation video just below).

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients, 2 people:

A fresh yogurt or cheese

2 sardines

A lemon

1 clove of garlic

Salt, pepper

1 tomato

1 tablespoon Spirulina in Sequins


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Crush with a fork until foam is obtained. Spread on toast (or toast according to your desires).

Cut a round of tomato and add it to top.

Serve fresh as a starter or aperitif.
